Step 2) Receive a biomechanical examination and a 3D scanning appointment.

Step 3) Your custom 3D printed orthotic script will be written and sent off to the lab to be crafted.

Step 4) Your orthotics arrive after 10-14 days, these will be fitted into your footwear.

*GAP Free offers on biomechanical assessments and orthotics are subject to the patient’s health fund policy, annual limits, policy rules and level of extras cover at the time of the appointment. As such, you will need to reach the minimum rebate of $95 for biomechanical assessment / scanning and $440 for your custom orthotics or a gap will apply. When speaking with your health insurer, ask them about item your item cover for 118 (biomechanical assessment), 304 (orthotic scan) and 221 (custom orthotics). If you do not have private health insurance you can still get this offer.
